In close collaboration with colleagues at the University of Colorado, we published 2 papers in Frontiers in Immunology characterizing the interstitial macrophage populations in schistosomiasis (first author Rahul Kumar-UCSF) and hypoxia (first author Sushil Kumar-Univ of Colorado) pulmonary hypertension, identifying key similarities and distinctions between the two etiologies.
